Bully Victim

Bullying tips & advice

1. Dont let it continue, tell someone close to you wo you can trust! (parents, teacher, brother or sister or even a best friend)

2. Remember you have done nothing wrong, Bullies are weak people who feel then need to pick on people to gain friends, confidence and respect.

3. Keep a written log of all the times you where bullied. (Who, what, where and when. Also include any possible witnesses) This will be a good source of evidence at a later stage.

4. If you know where bullies hang out, try to avoid those places.

5. Do not let them see it is getting to you. This way they will no longer get the desired kick they desire out of it. Therefor it will be pointless.

6. Do not retaliateno matter how tempting, you may end up getting injured. (very important )

7. If it does not go away contact an organisation that is dedicated to helping bullies. NSPCC / Childline is an excellant place : 0800 1111.

I have written these tips and advice in the order i used them (A former victim of bullying)
